Check In
Check-in time is at 15:00 hours.
Check Out
Check out time is at 12:00 hours (noon). If you need a late check-out please contact the front desk. This service is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
Guest Service Center
For late departures, guests can use the Guest Service Center locker rooms with changing stalls and showers. Complimentary service.
Identification Bracelets
Bracelets must be worn at all times to obtain services at the resort. The charge for replacing a lost bracelet is $30.00 dollars. If damaged or broken, bracelets may be exchanged for a charge of $2.00 dollars (guests must present original bracelets). Replacements can be made at the Front Desk.
Money Exchange
24-hour money exchange is available at the Front Desk. Cash or travelers checks accepted.
Baby Sitter
Baby-sitting is regularly available to guests for extra charge. 24-hour advance notice and registration is required for guaranteed service.
Internet
Internet service is available at an extra charge of $5.00 USD / ½ hour. Price is subject to change without notice. Free wireless Internet access is available in the general lobby area.
Safety Deposit Box
A safety deposit box is available in your room for an additional charge of $2.00 USD per day. The resort is not responsible for any valuables or personal items left in rooms.
Laundry Service
The hotel provides valet laundry service at extra charge. For same-day service, please contact Guest Service before noon (12:00 hours). No public laundry facilities are available at the resort.
Medical Services (Consultations and ambulance service)
Available upon request 24 hours a day. On-duty paramedic is available from 8:00 - 22:00 hours daily.
Post Mail
Mail drop is made at the front desk. Stamps and postcards can be purchased at the Shopping Mall.
Taxi & Rentals
For 24-hour taxi service please contact the front desk. We suggest verifying taxi rates with hotel staff before boarding taxi. Car and scooter rentals also available.
